This site will provide information on the reporting of the 40% Origin and Destination (O&D) Collection as mandated by Code of Federal Regulations, Part 241, Part 19-8.
Information available on this site will include a link to the new rule on the Federal Register, a downloadable version of the Instructions to Carriers reporting document, a downloadable version of the fields to be reported and the schedule of when the data are to be reported.

Reporting Deadlines:
Data are due the 15th of the month after the end of the previous reporting period, unless the 15th is a weekend or holiday, then it will be the next business day.
For example, January 2026 data are due March 16, 2026 (the 15th is a Sunday).
